Event Planning – The Process

In our experience most clients enjoy starting their wedding planning journey brainstorming a few ideas with family and friends of how they’d like their event to look and feel. Quite often, and sometimes very quickly learning about the likes and dislikes, the desired, and the non-negotiables.

Boss Lady Events brings years of experience in event planning, décor and design. We appreciate every client event is different and hence we work with you, fusing our ideas, to design, plan and execute your dream wedding.

Initial consultation call

During our initial no obligation consultation call, we will discuss your ideas and expectations, consider a few options based on your thoughts and offer you one of two bespoke options.

Partial planning and on the day coordination

This service is for clients who would like to, or have already planned some elements of their day, have procured some vendors, but not all, and have now decided they’d like some support. This service begins 6 months prior to your event date.

Full planning and on the day coordination

This service is for those clients who know at the beginning of their journey they’d like assistance in all aspects of their wedding planning journey. From finding venues and/or procuring vendors. Everything you need to plan your dream wedding as soon as you are engaged.

ASK DAKSHA
‘THE BOSS LADY’ POWER HOUR

This service is open to anyone who’d like a sounding board that answers back!! Clients can ‘Ask Daksha’ literally anything to do with their wedding or event.

Applicable to anyone unsure on how or where to start their wedding planning or just confused with everyone else’s inputs. Possibly feeling overwhelmed by all the questions, logistics and decisions to be made and concern about missing something major.

A seasoned wedding planning and design professional, a qualified project manager and once upon a time coach and mentor with a hospitality background. The client will be hard pushed to find an all rounder who will provide them with the confidence and direction they need to continue after this ‘Power Hour’.

EXCEEDING EXPECTATIONS

Our aim is always to deliver the ‘wow-factor’, no matter the scope. We listen to our clients’ needs and what is important to them. We are independent, which enables us to freely guide our clients based on their requirements and be the voice of reason when all seems to turn to fog.
